Actually all builders in Bhubaneswar are playing wait and watch game. For both residential and investment purpose i would say it is simply not wise. For investment i dont think any one will get an End user who will buy the property with such a high cost.
Hi Viper, I appreciate that but most of the project booked by the invester in begining and they hold the property till possession and then they resale the same property at higher rate. Very few are the end user who buy at begining & such a high rate.
Hi Sri, Project is strategically located at Shankarpur in Bhubaneshwar and has well connectivity to all the major destination to the needs of the todays generation. Starting from schools to colleges, markets to malls, hospitals to airport as well highway all are being located within the close proximity of this project. It is ongoing project and construction work is still going on in full pace.
Yes I agree that Tata Ariana could be a nice residential property with well equipped materials without compromising on quality but the prices are simply too high for Bhubaneswar. Pricing 31 Lacs for a 1 BHK and 53 Lacs for a 2 BHK (with possession in 2017) is mot very attracrive. The response seems to be a bit negative. The buyers that have gone on board have done so because of the face value of Tata. I think is the price is reduced, which is not likely to happen, there will be more demand. As of now it’s a little too expensive for whatever it is offering.
Ariana by Tata Housing may have the name of the bigwig Tata business group but response so far has been quite lukewarm. Also in the first stage they are offering only 1 BHK. Located close to National Highway number 5 is an advantage but with its price of Rs 4000 per square feet for1 BHK, the prime performance ratio does not seem to be right. I would suggest you to wait and watch before deciding on the property just on the name of Tata. The brochure of Tata Ariana does not have much details apart from a lush green landscape.
