Green Meadows is another project by the same builder and which is ready for possession. For short term investment you can check out this project and you can also expect appreciation after 3-5 years.

Hey Amlesh, They have just done the land acquisition for the project Sairung Lake view. The rate of the plots is around Rs 350 per sqft and they will give the possession after 4-5 years. If you are looking ofr a long term investment then you can go on with this project.
