Shadnagar was the Best place to Invest when compared to some other places in hyderabad.. Most of the development & industries are coming in shadnagar. With in a span of 5 yrs, investments are going to give excellent returns. I searched a lot n enquired many people who belongs to HMDA about its future plans.
My suggestion is to go with the location n be aware of the venture you invest...

yes, development will be there , but why go in mahabub nagar district for investment when you can invest in Ranga Reddy District. There is one project which is near to procter and Gamble Factory ( within 1.4 km) and is HMDA approved. Procter and Gamble is going to employ nearly 2000 employes next year, so i think it will be gold mine for investors.
