What is the status of the D wing of Greenwoods Thane? When are you sending the demand letter for next payment?

Q: Earlier I was confident about Hubtown, however because of delay in completion of the project, getting worried.

As per the telephonic conversation with the sales person. Hubtown Greenwoods,Single Construction with 6 wings. Possession date: B/C wings::Dec 2013, A/D wings::Apr 2014, E wing:: May 2014 and F wing::Dec 2014

Hi Anil, I had talk with the customer care of Hubtown Limited and they are telling me that A and D wing will get completed by 2014 and you are telling that there is a delay in completion. So I am bit confused.

I liked the project and planning to book a 2 BHK apartment in Hubtown Greenwoods. They are quoting me Rs 11,000 and they are not negotiating. Is it worth? How much did they quote for you Mr Anil when you booked an apartment in the same.

Thanks Sandeep for your positive reply. The concern of delay is for change in completion date from March 13 to Some ..Nov 14.
Dear Jerome, I had booked in 2009, was much less. 11K is the rate at present.
