Q: Since Dec-15, AND is claiming start of road work from desai gao to Agasan but when check with desai gao people they are not aware and no such work is in progress.
Can someone update me about this.

Latest Answer: And Agasan builders are big cheaters specially Hiten & Rocky they cheat their customers. Would request to all the customers please do not invest in Agasan project they misguide the customers and cheat them just like me. Regards, Manish Salgaonkar

Latest Answer: Yes, in every mins you will get local train from Santa Cruz station which has its direct access to Thane West. Eastern and Western Express Highway is not good for daily commuters as it will consume lot's of time and money as well.

Q: Ghodbunder Road appeared to be one of the most active real estate markets in MMR Real Estate in 2015.
Latest Answer: Absolutely right David, Ghodbunder road was one of the areas in Thane that witnessed good availability of rental accommodation, apart from Thane west. It also appeared in the top areas with availability of resale units in MMR.

Q: Hi,
This seems to be a nice forum to ask questions. I wanted to know more about the Sanghvi Hills area patch....I was told that there is some problem with OC over there?
Further, given that the area seems a bit isolated, is it safe?
Latest Answer: I know its a reasonable choice for easy connectivity, economical cost of living, middle class society members, good community bonding. I almost bought a flat there. Best of all, the price here is almost 30-40 percent less than compared to buildings 4 blocks ahead of it (Parkwoods, Cosmos Jewels etc). I did hear the OC issue, but it is a matter of time before the clearing from court is in. Most of the forest land issue is going to be resolved in the favour of the residents. I recommend you meet the society secretary to get an honest opinion because the builder will only be telling the good side.

Latest Answer: Hi Raj, Regency Heights is located amidst Brahmad road and Kolshet Road; every nearby area can be reached in a short duration. Take a left turn from Brahmand and get connected to Ghodbunder road in just 2 minutes you will be at Eastern Express Highway, Schools, Colleges, Hospitals, Banks and daily necessities shopping are built within the closer proximity.

Q: hello all

I had booked a flat in dec 2011 with one of the reputed builder on new satpatti road. while booking the flat it was informed that possession of the flat will be given by oct 2012. Unfortunately i am still waiting for the possession of my flat. it almost 2 years and 5 months passed. When checked with builder, reason given was sand issue in the area. as per them sand supply is restricted in the area by government hence there is delay in the possession.
If Palghar is growing reality hub with various projects. Will this sand supply issue not cause a delay in getting possession on time.

I feel its just a waste of time and money in investing for property in this area.

Be careful before booking. As agents / builders will give all kind of promises. and people like us will be stuck in vain.
