hello , if you make up your mind to havean property in lucknow then i suggegst taht having property in shushant golf city (ansal API) on sultanpur road is best for investment as well as for residential because its an totally HI tech city which is spread in apprx. 6500 acre area and its an wonderfuul location . If we talking about shushant golf city it will provide approx 2500 per sar ft. to 4500 per sq ft area .

Mall Avenue is a very good location in central Lucknow. It is ideal for living right in the heart of the city with access to all civil and social amenities. The prices of older existing properties in the area usually go for a premium to their vintage value, landscaped tree lines and palatial bungalow kind of construction. The price of property in Mall Avenue ranges between Rs. 3500 to Rs 4500 per square feet. Mall Avenue like most other areas in central Lucknow is a seller’s market with very few residential projects due to space limitations. Most new construction activity is happening in Trans Gomti regions and offers a more substantial option from purely an investment purpose.
