Q: Hi, has Ireo launched any projects recently or is there any project coming up soon? Im interested in Ireo projects only. I have seen some of the works and i like them very much.

Ireo Grand Arch seems interesting to me. The design and concept are very attractive. It offers many types of properties- duplex, pent house and apartments in different sizes. It is also located in Golf Course Extn Road spreading across around 20 acres. Price is 13,000 - 14,500 per sq ft.

Ireo has many new projects in pipeline. Ireo The Corridors in sec 67A, Ireo Five Rivers in Panchkula , Ireo Gurgaon Hills in Golf Course Road, Ireo Victory Valley in Golf Course extn road, Ireo City Plots, etc.

Ireo Skyon in Sector-60, Gurgaon offers 2 ,3 and 4BHK apartments. Pricing- 1.76 Cr -3.24 Cr and Area- Around 1400 sq ft-2790 sq ft.

Ireo group has come up with another project Ireo The Corridors which has less price currently. This is currently offering units at around Rs 9,500 which will soon become Rs 10500. 20% returns expected in a year's time. So if u cant afford to buy in Skyon then go for The Corridors. I was told that this will be launched in a month.

The price quoted in Ireo Skyon is Rs 11,600 per sq ft. I think it is too high for that project. This project is in discussion for more than a year now.. When is its launch? Do u think it is worth to invest at that rate?
