Careful when dealing with Casa Grande

Q: Dear all, please be careful if you are dealing with Casa Grande, they will demand payment even before the completion stage and start charging interest at 18% if u delay or the banker delays the payment ( bank do not simply make payment without checking the actual progress). Even the delay for non-submission of relevant documents to banker and the delay on thier part is charged to the customer.
I have provided enough evidence through photos and emails but to no avail and the management does not even give an hearing.

The customer executives are the most arrogant and impoilte I have ever seen.
