Apart from Noida and Gurgaon, Greater Noida and Faridabad are hot destinations for plotted developments in the NCR

Several other well-known developers realizing the huge demand for plots have launched plotted development projects in Delhi NCR. These include Imperial County by HDIL, Curio City by Orris Infrastructure and Empire Estate by Logix Group along the Yamuna Expressway, Jaypee’s Green Homes in Noida, and Aranya by Raheja Group in Gurgaon. The prices for these projects vary roughly between Rs 25 lakh to 2 crore.

The survey entitled ‘Investing in plotted developments’ revealed that nearly 30 per cent of the respondents wanted to buy a residential plot in the suburbs of Delhi-NCR.

Apartments are definitely the norm in most metro cities today. Delhi NCR is not different.
