Oceanus Vista at Sarajapur Road - Group Buying

Q: Hey there, I was looking to buy an apartment in Oceanus Vista at Sarjapur Road in group buying, so if anyone is looking out for the same project and group buying more over it will be nice to group-up on this. As this project will be completed on June 2014.
As i have gone through some of the real estate websites and found the market prices too.
Market Price :- Rs.4500/sq.ft

Group buying helps buyers to have higher discount while buying properties. They get heavy discount in the property price as well as in other membership costs and maintenance. The developers give these discounts as they get a number of buyers at one go and the economy of scale works.

Hi Vijay, No doubt group buying helps in a better bargaining position for the home buyers but I think it is very difficult to get 10-12 like minded families come together and approach a real estate developer for booking apartments

Hello krupa, see it's not 10 or more people in group buying. I came across a website called WeOwn.in and these people help us in getting a particular project without any cost from our end. So their posted that even 2 or 3 people in the group r like minded about a particular project as i our case Oceanus Vista, their form us in this group and take us for site visits and speak on behalf of us to the Builders. So i think u got the answer as even u and me can form a group and create a post on WeOwn.in of our requirements and post it, these people will take it from there. U can we call them 8050060099
