Ever since the real estate market of Ahmadabad has matured after the recent financial recession and sluggish demand from end users, a large number of small time builders and developers have entered the market. There are however a number of well established domestic reputed builders like Adani Group, Applewood Estates, Godrej Properties and Parshwanath Realty which have been offering world class infrastructure. You have not mentioned your preferred area or region but some of the popular projects in the city are Shantigram of Adani group, Godrej Garden City by Godrej properties, Applewoods of the Sandesh group and Smile City of the Ganesh Group.

Good to know that you are interested in investing in Ahmedabad. The city's real estate market has slowly but surely started a consolidation phase after a sluggish last couple of years. Ahmedabad real estate market has traditionally been an investor driven market and there are a lot of real estate brokers across the city. In a new trend, affordable housing townships and colony clusters have been the preferred choice for a number of buyers. Some of the big names like DLF, Unitech and Emaar MGF have entered the Ahmedabad market. Other major developers offering property for sometime in Ahmedabad include the Godrej properties, Suryan real estate developers, Adani group and Sheth builders.

Yes, it is worth. As new trend has come up with affordable housing townships and colony clusters. Many good projects are coming up, so i think it is good for investment purpose.
