Yes definitely , by the help of NH-8, Southern peripheral road & Northern peripheral road, New Gurgaon is connected with NCR & Gurgaon. Well as per me, New gurgaon is a fully developed city , having social infrastructure & well planned physical infrastructure in its vicinity. This is another factor drawing many attention of buyers & investors.

I heard from news the same. New Gurgaon is strategically located between Old Gurgaon & Maneswar. New gurgaon includes of newly developed & developing sectors. In last couple of months , this area has experienced numerous developments in real estate field as many developers have launched their residential projects.
If you will ask why new gurgaon is showing improvement on residential housing development? Then my answer will be - Connectivity. This area is well connected with NH_8, Dwarka -Gurgaon Expressway & Kundli-Manesar-Palwa expressway . These major 3high ways made this area a hot spot destination for investors.
In my point of view, only connectivity is not a key factor here for this location. The human resources (worker/labour) of Gurgaon as well as Manesar are watching at newly developing sectors , due to possibility of affordable price home. New Gurgaon is becoming a most desirable residential decent location amid purchasers. This new gurgaon is located nearby malls, hospitals, school & banks.
New Gurgaon is attracting the maximum investors. Like Gurgaon, New Gurgaon is emerging as one of the s luxury destination and developers would continue to launch good premium projects.
