Yes, i known the connectivity is one factor just encourages real estate investment in that area.Crossing republic is among those areas which has great connectivity. It has direct road connectivity, to connect Crossings Republik to Noida and second road is NH 24 and the third and important road is that leads to Yamuna Expressway and also connects to Pari Chowk.

Hey people there is FNG also coming in,
the connectivity to FNG road would become operational in the next one
month. After this, the traffic from Crossings Republik can easily reach
NH-24 and head for Delhi and Noida, bypassing the congestion of Vijay
Nagar on NH-24.
