Hey guys, according to authority, this allotment will be done within few days from now . Firstly bcz empty flats can be a place for robbery and secondly the flats costs Rs 1.21 lac, hence Government wont play with the money

According to the DDA scheme around 1,770 families who had been living in Motia Khan slums since 1990 or before, were found eligible for the flats. Moreover the old news say that 6.61 acre land where the slum cluster is located has been earmarked for a
hotel and other commercial ventures such as shops, offices

Yes, according to news, there are 2,400 one-room DDA flats in Rohini Sector 4, which were constructed to rehabilitate Motia Khan jhuggi dwellers, which are just lying empty for almost few months. Although they are ready for possession. I guess there are some problems of allocation and also Government want to give the houses to eligible squatter families as soon as possible.
