Heard that the market will go up immediately. In six to eight months the realty market here will be in full swing. It may take some time for the people to the new arrangements but once its all set......sales will take off very soon.
Also Vizag is a peaceful city. The political tension is going to arise and last for some time because of Telangana will result in migration of people from Hyderabad or Telangana to Vizag.
Hello as far as i know for the past years, the heat of the Telangana movement had clearly started to take a toll on the real estate market in Hyderabad. Property prices has decreased by 20-30 percent as more and more investors headed towards the calmer coastal regions like Vizag.
There is a huge demand for land now in Sabbavaram, Nakkapalli, Chodavaram and Anakapalli mandals, on Vishakhapatnam periphery. Square feet rates in posh areas like MVP Colony, Lawson's Bay Colony, Kirlampudi Layout, Seetammadhara, Beach Road, Dasapalla Layout, Asilmetta and Dwaraka Nagar used to be Rs 2,200 five years ago. Now, the prices have shot up to Rs 3,800-4,500 a square feet.
The research body pointed out that due to the Telangana agitation, residential capital values in Hyderabad had stagnated since 2009 and driven investors to other cities such as Bengaluru and Chennai.
Most probabaly after a four-year hiatus, residential real estate prices are set to rise at a relatively faster pace in Hyderabad with the likely resolution of the Telangana issue.
