Yes i agree with Suhail Its more because of the hike rate. BUt its also suitable time to invest in underconstruction office spaces near the yamuna expressway and noida expressway as they are going to be closer to the greater noida airport
Hi, this is because of the new rule by the Noida authority's to hike land allotment prices by more than 30%. Not only that one of the major reasons that I feel is the decision to scrap the Jewar Airport. This has a major impact in the way corporates are seeing Greater Noida now. Logistically, it makes sense to stay closer to the airport.
