As per my knowledge in year 2012 the price was 4600/sq-ft, which rapidly increased to 4800/sq-ft. It is because the project is located in a excellent location with better connectivity to Delhi, Jaipur, Faridabad, Sohna and Manesar.. This location will fetch the maximum returns as it has a permanent view of the Aravalli Hills, which will remain through out.

Hi, Lohit the rate per sq ft right now is Rs 9350 per sq ft. This was launched with Rs 6500 per sq ft. The project has already undergone appreciation and there are more chances for it, as the basic price of the area is near about Rs 13000 per sq ft ....... :)
