Hi,
as for residential purpose vaishali is very good area and it is expanding on sirsi road so there is one township 2 km from vaishali named Kanak Vrindavan there are many projects and this township is well developed and jaipur topmost groups have their project in this township like Apeksha group "Atelier" which will be in possession in march 2014 and construction quality is very good apart than apeksha there is manglam group, gurukripa builders, and many more....

The prices vary depending on the builder and the project. Some of the upcoming projects in Vaishali Nagar include Arcadia Greens by Vardhman Group, Silver Crown by Vardhman Group and Park Vaishali by Park Group apart from the projects mentioned by the above member.

Vasihali Nagar is one of the best developed up market areas in western Jaipur. The region has a good combination of residential as well as commercial real estate development.
