Civil Lines is one of the best areas to invest in Jaipur if your budget allows for slightly higher prices compared to other areas of the city. The reason why civil lines prices are always going to be on the higher side is the exclusivity of being able to live at close vicinity to the VIP areas.

The current prices for a residential apartment in civil lines area is in the range of Rs 6000 to Rs 7500 per square feet. The average rental for a 2 BHK apartment is between Rs 10,000 to Rs 12,000 per month.

Civil Lines is one of the most posh locations of Jaipur. The region has witnessed good real estate development and the prices in the area are slightly on the higher side. The upside is that the prices are always likely to remain at a premium as civil lines area is one of the most influential residential addresses in Jaipur city.
