Future prospects of C-Scheme area are quite bright. C-Scheme along with civil lines, Adarsh nagar and Raja Park are all part of the new urban development offering good civic infrastructure.

C-Scheme is one of the most well known residential locations in Jaipur. The prices are at a premium mainly because of its good clean neighborhood and lack of many high rise developments.

The area is witnessing a slow increase in low rise apartments offered by domestic builders although majority of the area had independent houses and bungalows.

The prices are between Rs 8000 to Rs 12000 per square feet depending on the location. Overall a good prospect if you have can afford the high prices.

The majority of residential space compromises of high end bungalows and independent houses. If you are willing to buy an apartment then you may have to hunt around a bit as small local builders are offering apartment complexes in isolation..
