Whats the prices at Janapriya project? A couple of days back i found this project when i was googling for apartments in hyderabad. But found in some forum janapriya hasnt got good quality management.Anyway can you please let me know the availability in the project and current prices? Also i see a banner on their website saying some offer 65% Rs 2295 and rest 35% Rs 2995. Is that offer still available?
I heard also JP quality is not good. I saw some threads about JP's Nilevalley and Metropolis quality has been much improved. However, people like me (less capital availabilty) cant not find a reputed project in that price reason. I will visit Metropolis when i go to india in 2 weeks time to see myself. Nile valle is good value too, but may be schools is an issue, may be transportation too. Only thing i have to find is water contamination at Motinagar.
You would need to check the location on the lines of your work location, childrens schooling and the availability of a functional market nearby. For me I think one of the best decisions on R2I was getting a place close to the office (albeit rented), but the relative importance of aforesaid factors for yourself should really help determine the location
I decided not to consider Posh areas like Hitech, Madhapur etc. I am currently learning about areas in between Miyapur to Patancheruvu. I also shortlisted Janapriya's motinagar development as it is in the city centre with short distance to work, schools etc. However, i have to enquire about water availability and its quality.
Hello..I am planning to go to hyderabad in near future to settle. Want to know what are the water logging places in hyderabad so that I can avoid those place while deciding where to buy the property. As I am looking for good schools for my kid, I guess being within the city limits makes sense. And also heard that there is water scarcity too in some places so want to avoid those places too. Transport facility is an added preference, dont want to buy a car would prefer autos or public transport. In brief what im looking for a place which has neither water logging, or water scarcity problem. And good school near by which has some history of performance, not interested in new international schools as I feel they are purely run for commercial reasons. Price range 50 lakhs(depending on the size, etc etc). Second hand apartment is fine too unless its older than 10 years.
As per official records, there are 7.90 lakh water connections in and around the city. Of them, around 4.5 lakh connections have been getting water on alternate days from 2010, while the remaining 5.4 lakh connections have been getting supplies only once in three or four days a week.
what a pity to us... The whole state is flooded with floods and there is no water in the Osmansagar and Himayatsagar.. When will the politicians act on the construction sites developed by the politicians which have in turn make the inflows to the above catchment areas to go dry... When there is heavy rains the water will be supplied for every 3 days.. what will happen during the summer season..
