Q: Think four times before moving to Shipra SunCity. As there is major problem of water in Phase 2 Flats.
Latest Answer: You are right Ayesha.... I am living in Indirapuram for last 6 yrs in Nitikhand-2. I love this place and hope things get better. On electricity front it looks bad but work on NH-24 starts soon. Also this locality will get better connectivity with Noida through upcoming loop bridge and metro. I can't say much about future price trends but in my circle of friends everybody likes being here. And the reason is everything is at walking distance...Swarn Jyanti Park, Ansuiya Park, Shipra mall, schools and everything...

Q: Thing four times before moving to Shipra SunCity. As there is major problem of water in Phase 2 Flats.
Latest Answer: Hi Kumar, Tell me any one locality and societies where electricity and water is available 24 hours. Now-a-days ground water level is decreasing due to Global warming so, you can not blame builder for it. Builder can only provide you the facility but if water is not sufficient in the locality then what is the fault of the builder. You should check before booking the flat.

Q: Ittina Mahavir review / Ittina Mahaveer review:
1. Ittina builder packing off from the Ittina Mahavir site.
2. Ittina sold a few apartments @ Rs 2200 rate in Feb 2014 (obviously without even tap fittings, without water connection, without Electricity connection) - anyone can speak to Mr Suresh from Ittina Sales & marketing team
3. Water supply has become a major issue even with 30% residents staying in the building... imaging what will happen when it is fully populated
4. heard still an issue with dual mortgage of teh property (Punjab National Bank and CanBank) it seems they are still keeping quiet till the last few properties are sold by the builder, then there will be more misery to residents once they make their claim.

Ittina Mahavir apartment is OK for rental but not for purchase.
Latest Answer: For more information and discussion on Ittina Mahavir apartments review Buy or Sell ... you can refer http://www.complaintboard.com/ittina-mahavir-l6470.html It is better for the residents to sell off the apartment and be safe.

Q: In summers many a times no water supply for consecutive 2-3 days, however in the rainy season also same problem is persisting, management plays blame game, nobody takes responsiblity for it, hapless situation, don't know what to do?
Latest Answer: Hi, I am a resident of kunal icon for 2 years now. There is a severe water issue in this society in summer days.Utility Water is provided for only 5-6 hrs a day in summer after that you will have to manage by water you have kept in storage like buckets etc..They keep on saying that there is water shortage in city but i cant understand why other societies dont face the same issue. They are levying so much maintenance charges still not able to provide water.you have to survive whole day without water in your tap.Additionally they have single lift in each building which remains out of order every other day.so if you are staying beyond 3rd floor and having knee problems then may god help you.i dont know why no one is taking any initiative to raise voice against the management.i dont know much people in society so not able to form a grop.hope people come up to support me after reading this post.
