Invest advice for plots/villas near APPA junction - Bandlaguda or Kismatpur

Q: I am planning to buy land and construct house in Bandlaguda area or looking at SM Enclave venture at kismatpur just after Bandlaguda ..... What is the current price there for sq yard and is it best place to invest about 40 L for individual house? Please suggest .... My plan is build a house for immediate occupancy, do you have any other option other than appa junction ..... I actually not looking at busy areas like Miyapur or Secunderabad

Hi Vivek thanks a lot for your reply. Kismatpur and bandlaguda are only 1km apart , but I didn't find any projects in bandlaguda for 39 laks , in kismatpur one sm venture is tere where they are giving for that price , can u provide some details if I can get some in bandlaguda , I know less details over there , also I heard these two areas are coming under GHMC

Hey dude...you can get a 2bhk villa in Bandlaguda..for 39 lakhs..I would suggest you to go for Bandlaguda rather than Kismatpur. Bandlaguda would be more good for investment purpose..
