Can somebody tell us when is the possession in Wallace Fortuna, Mazagon?

Q: The builder promised possession in Dec 2012 and now its delayed to Oct 2014. The builder is also demanding full payment way before possession which was not told to buyers at the time of purchase.

It is better to form a group and talk with the builder of the project as he has not told anything about the payment at the time of purchase. You can also take help from legal expert in this situation.

Hello, The marketing person is telling that the project will get completed by end of 2014. Do you know what is the reason for delay in possession?
