Anyone booked flat in Rustomjee Global City Avenue I Bldg No. 22?

Q: Beware of fraud while booking your Dream Home!!!!!

Rustomjee Globalcity Virar is cancelling the flat I booked with them in 2011 in Avenue I Bldg no. 22.

Official letter of cancellation with the refund of Booking amount with interest @12% will receive in this week. No prior official intimation about cancellation. No replies of mail about Status of booked flat in spite of several mails sent to them.

Reasons not known till the letter comes. But, verbally they've said that they're unable to complete the construction of the building due to Marshy Land.

Pls circulate above MSG as much as you can to create awareness of this scam.

What about the HDIL project next to Rustomjee, I believe builders are not doing registration for the same.

It is possible that we may not get the payment made till now to the builder.
