Being the capital city and with proposed government plans and proposals one can see sharp development in Lucknow. Many large IT companies have already started acquiring their offices in Lucknow and Lucknow has the potential to become the IT Centre of UP after Noida.

@ Vivek..i would advice you to go for Emaar Mgf, DLF, Omaxe, Eldeco, Rohtas, BBD Green-city, Mahagun, Supertech, Jaypee, Vatika, Orris, Wave City, Kolte Patiletc are some of famouse and good projects. So i would suggest you instead of going for these kinds of plot you can check the above mentioned projects.

It is approved by Jila Panchayat and it is still a farm land..not yet got conversion for residential land ..!

Eldica is coming with a township beyond this project. Vasundra developers are also launching apartments and commercial are as in this 200 acres big township project according to 2021 master plan the metro station will be just 4 kms. A railway station will be 5kms from this project.

Hello Vivek, the price per sqft will be around Rs 450. You have not mentioned area of the plot. Please tell me the plot size so that i can tell you the exact amount.

The plots of 800 sqft, 1250 sqft, 1800 sqft, 2400 sqft are available. Since your budget is around 10 lakhs..i would suggest you to go for 800 sqft.

@Vivek..its in Sitapur National highway. For people those who have invested in plots can also get 10 perc discount in commercial property. Amenities are like clubhouse , commercial complex and all.
