Q: Projects are getting delayed more than 2 years, They might say some reason , as a customer you will suffer. I have been a customer, who is waiting for more than 2 years to get the project completed.

The price for 3bhk is around Rs 60 lakhs. Project has modern amenities like Swimming Pool, Play Area, Recreation Facilities, Maintenance Staff, Security, Club House, Gymnasium, Indoor Games, Community Hall etc. Are you planning to buy ?
