See Anwar, the charges differ..They are basically based on the state policy and and SEZ state rules. The charge also vary depending on what kind of SEZ it is ! It can be more for IT and less for industrial!!
Hi, for this project, you have to pay, Rs 1 per sq ft as an annual rent.. which will come up to 3 % of the payment you are giving now... after you pay this the agreement will be renewed !
Hi, there are different kinds of Sez's. All SEZ's will not have the same lease tenure. The time period depends on the state policy and in which location the project is situated!!
See, my frnd, SEZ vary !! They may of industrial SEZ or IT SEZ or any other.... according to that also the lease time is decided.. this is not a predictable or stable time... totally depend on the authority and the policies . IT
