I don't think currently any discounts are given by the builder..When are you planning to visit the site.

Hi, the price details are like for 2bhk villas the price would be around 25 lakhs for 1000 sq ft and for 1200 sqft it would be around 30 lakhs. They also provide plots which is around 500 sq yards for price around 15 lakhs.
