It is the ideal time to put resources into India particularly for NRI's. Simply pick a city with the best investment alternatives and the promise of good ROI later on and a decent real estate like Mahindra Lifespaces, which assists NRI's in securing properties effortlessly, and they have projects in all major Indian cities. Ensure you pick astutely however, it could end up being the best venture or not so good. The company has to be well acclaimed and the region also.

In past 15 days, property prices have corrected upto 25 percent in some of the cities. So this might be a good time to pick up investor's stock.. NRI's may also look for properties in Kochi and Hyderabad where properties are undervalued. So it may be the right time to buy properties in these two regions.

When you are buying a property, location plays an important role. In the last few years cities like Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai and Pune have witnessed good approach from NRI's. Moreover demand in the mid-income and budget segments is healthy across cities where job creation is the key driver.

Rupee depreciation may not be a good sign for Indian Economy but for non-resident Indians, this is the correct time when they should look out for properties back in India. Though the real estate scenario looks little gloomy but this is the right time to invest in real estate.
