Home Automation systems ?

Q: Recently I got to explore some new fancy home automation systems in an expo here in Bangalore... my question is will these builder include any such features along with amenities for the flat or I will have to opt for it separately after possession. anyone who has already been using any such systems can help me with the usability along with costing...? assistance appreciated ...

Why don't you go online and find things in detail, my cousin installed i, it is pricey no doubt, but the installation and workings are easy!

Hey Das!!! These kind of home automation system is included by builder or you can also install them separately. Like Sobha launched Bangalore's first smart home that is Sobha Habitat. You have to opt it separately because the home automation system is bit costly its around 16k but it is very useful. The home automation systems is designed as per the use
