Seems, the EB, Water , completion certificate and other amenities are not yet obtained.

DHATHRI RESIDENCY doesnt have commecement certificate, are you checking with them,
they are very rediculous people

Hi, even one of my friend is also looking of this project. He told me it is ready for possession and they have completion certificate also. Also water supply, electricity, and fire safety is also provided here. I think you should enquire once again with the builder...and also update me back if you get any information.
