I am working in Bangmane Tech Park. Any idea about the rental value in this area? How much rent can I expect for a 2 bhk in CV Raman Nagar?
Hemraj Jha

Since last year the rental values witnessed an escalation of 15-20 per cent. This is due the high demand for accommodation coming from the IT professionals working in Bagmane Tech Park.

But I heard that many reputed companies have shifted their office from Bagmane Tecj Park. Will it hamper the rental market?

Yes definitely it is going to harm the rental market. More over traffic congestion also play an important role for which people are not ready to take house for rent in this area.

CV Raman Nagar is very much liveable and it is developing slowly and steadily. You can expect appreciation after 2-3 years. CV Raman nagar is well connected to Old Airport Road, Old Madras Road and KR Puram. As my point of view the area is good for long term investment.
Hanif Laskar

I do not agree with the above statement. CV Raman nagar is having water crisis problem as well as sewage problem from past so many years. People in this area have to be depended on water tankers. Moreover traffic congestion near Bagmane Tech Park. No comments on that :( :(

I agree with Mr Hanif, From investment point of view CV Raman Nagar is a good option. The area is close to metro stations like Swami Vivekananda Station and Byapannahalli metro Station, well connected to IT Parks like Bagmane Tech Park and RMZ Infinity. The important thing is that the road s are broader in compare to others area like Kaggaduspura and Jagadishnagar.
