Is Loyal Housing Builder provides Quality Flats?

Q: Hi Friends,
I am planning to purchase a property in Ambattur which is ready to occupy within 6 months. I had visited Loyal Housing Green Garden project which is an ongoing project in Ambattur, Construction progress is better going compare to other projects in that area. I am interested in this project.

Can anyone know about the reputation of the Builder? Will they provide quality flats? please share your views...

No currently no discounts are available..but for negotiation you can talk to builder and negotiate directly. This project was launched on Jan 2013.

When is the expected possession date ? What about the amenities and bank approvals ?

The expected possession date will be by March 2014. Amenities such as like Play Area, Security etc.
..and about bank approval almost all leading banks have approval for home loans.

How is the water connection in this project ? Is this project approved ? Will it be good for investment ?

I think this project has metro water connection. This project is approved by CMD. It would be good for investment as the location is good so we can expect good appreciation. The launching price was Rs 3,600 and currently the price per sq ft is around Rs 3,775.

@Harsha: The size of 2bhk is around 730 - 1259 Sq ft. Th eprice for 3bhk is around 41 lakhs onwards.
