Hi,
Project engineers will assess the construction locales and report if any developer is abusing the groundwater for construction reasons. Very strict actions will be made against any real estate builder observed to be mocking NGT rules. Senior GNIDA authorities have given out comparative guidelines to their project engineers.
Anil Singh

In year 2013, NGT had controlled all builders in Noida and Greater Noida from pulling out groundwater for construction or some other reason. However while listening to a plea with respect to illegal groundwater extraction, NGT requested a committee to perform a surprise investigation at construction areas in Delhi-NCR & report will be submitted before October 13, 2015.

Hi ,
As per sources, the following hearing about the case is scheduled for mid-October, with the committees anticipated that would present their reports before that. NGT had before requested development of a seven-member committee to test infringement of its prohibition on groundwater extraction in Noida and Greater Noida, taking after a CGWB report indicating rapid decrease in groundwater levels in both locations.
Yogendra

As indicated by sources, the CGWB report had even recommended that to limit a spree in home-purchasing as investment, purchasers be confined to have one house per family, in this way avoiding unwanted utilization of ground water. If this ground water issue will not be resolved by time, then there will be scarcity of water specially in Noida & Greater Noida.

Hi Guys,
Through prior requests, NGT has made it compulsory for builders to utilize only STP processed water at the construction sites. But objections about groundwater extraction for construction are not extraordinary. NGT had set up a comparable committee in 2013, to examine construction sites about illicit water use. With the latest order, the green court expanded the extent of the survey to incorporate all cities of NCR.

It had coordinated all station house officers (SHOs) concerned to give due insurance to the Local Commissioners to guarantee the agreeability of its request.
Kaushik Bardia

@ Ravindra Singh,
Sources uncovered "One of the Local Commissioners presents that he himself went to the police headquarters for insurance and in the wake of indicating of request of the tribunal, the SHO concerned, Pankaj Pant, declined to follow the bearing of the tribunal.

@ Mr Singh,
"Keeping in view the earnestness of the investigation to be directed by the Local Commissioner, it was normal that such SHO should agree to the request," the seat said. It additionally furthermore designated supporters Sumeet Sodhi and Atul Batra as nearby magistrates and requesting that they present their reports before July 8.

@ Mr ravindra,
As per sources, the rising contamination is the significant stress for Indian urban areas nowadays. In spite of National Green Tribunal's recent requests in Delhi NCR, we are not ready to control the developing contamination danger in the capital city. The real test is to make sense of how to maintain life in a sound domain in disorganized conditions winning in our urban communities. It requires genuine reflection by governments, town organizers, advancement offices, contamination control sheets and the green tribunal.

@ Mr Ravindra singh,
As I would like to think, in significant capital urban areas, there is a development blast for residential and also business space. Taking Delhi's case, civil powers have permitted four-story structure due to intense lack of area. The current houses are being pulverized by manufacturers and in their spots new four story houses are being developed.

@ Mr ravindra singh,
As per me, a visit to the site where existing houses are being remodeled will uncover that the workers connected with by the developers don't bear any defensive apparatuses as a consequence of which they are compelled to breathe in dust. The city powers while affirming the building lay out arrangement ought to likewise embed a statement for the developers to give defensive apparatus to the workers.

@ Mr singh,
As per diverse sources, real depletes in our urban communities have the potential for making green cover on their dikes. Case in point, a green spread can be made on the bank of Najafgarh deplete in Delhi. Comparable depletes in different urban communities can be put to use for making of green cover by planting saplings on their dikes. The saplings don't oblige standard watering on the grounds that the streaming water will keep the encompassing soil wet. It is felt that a yearly statistics is obliged to be attempted in every city by the 'Parks Development Authority' about the quantity of trees in presence, number of trees planted in a specific year viz-a-viz populace of the city.
13th May 2015

Hi Mr Ravindra Singh,
As per my insight, the status of parks in Delhi's regions, a study of the real stops in Delhi uncovers that for their upkeep Delhi Development Authority honors work to the builders who draw in labor and give support gear and just supervision stay in the hands of the authority supervisory staff.

Notwithstanding, however the work is granted in the wake of finishing imperative contractual conventions yet the coordinating labor and the hardware is rarely given by the foreman. The absence of labor, upkeep gear and budgetary assets causes exhaustion of the green cover.According to numerous sources, a review of the parks in Pitam Pura, Delhi by the author has uncovered that the empty spaces accessible can be used to make more green spread. This is the situation in different regions and urban areas also.

Greeting Mr Singh,
As per my sentiment, to give solid activity arranged shape, the thoughts (the green channels & parks) are obliged to be thought upon by governments, town organizers and the advancement dominant presences to the greatest advantage of the general population so that environment inviting conditions are made for human survival. On the off chance that this is not done at this moment then open offices will be in charge of making more individuals debilitated .It is, subsequently, the bounden obligation of the legislature to embrace solid ventures to protect open interest before it is past the point of no return.

Hi Mr Kaushik Bardia,

In my perspective, the NGT has through prior requests made it obligatory for all developers to just utilize STP-prepared water for development purposes. On the other hand, protestations about groundwater extraction for building reasons for existing are not extraordinary.
Vivek Kulkarni

@ Mr Kaushik,
As per diverse sources & information, in 2013, the green court had set up a comparable council of neighborhood commissioners for investigating developer locales to whine about unlawful water utilization. While water reaping, fake energize of groundwater and different measures have been prompted by the CGWB, it has been noticed that the consumption of groundwater in the district is specifically identified with the modern and land advancement.

@ Kaushik,
According as far as anyone is concerned, dissident Vikrant Tongad, the candidate for the situation, said an itemized report from the Noida Authority would be vital to clarity on the issue. "STP water is required for the majority of this. A point by point report from the Authority would make it clear in respect to how much groundwater is utilized by the manufacturers" he said.

@ Kaushik ,

A comparative board of trustees of nearby commissioners was shaped in 2013 to review different developer locales to check genuine utilization of groundwater extraction. The NGT more likely than not felt the requirement for the formation of another such board to check groundwater use by manufacturers," a senior NGT advocate, who is a piece of the seven-part group.

Guys there are alternative methods... one of them is Pile foundation method. As it does not require dewatering. But this method involves high cost which the builders would pass on to buyers while the buyers may not afford it.

You should also go through the recent news that, for a developer to construct a project in riverbeds, he will have to dig deeper for basement, an its depth depends on the number of floors in the project. Several developers have admitted that as they are under constant pressure to deliver their projects in time, they fail to follow the norms.
