Hi Guys!!! Recently I read a news in The Hindu about Commonfloor launching National Consumer Sentiment Index. You can read the news by clicking here: http://www.thehindu.com/todays-paper/tp-features/tp-propertyplus/good-year-to-buy-a-flat/article5249405.ece

And what I like the most about the surveys conducted by commonfloor.com is that, they always share the reports with the participants. This is the best time when you can anticipate and understand what is actually happening in the market and what you were thinking about.

Has commonfloor.com conducted such type of surveys earlier as well?

Yes they have been conducting such surveys for Bangalore and Delhi. They have done a very good job and I have been personally helped by the survey reports that cf has shared with me.

Hi Mahi, I'm doing a research on real estate market. All the report that we get from Knight frank, ICICI, JLL etc. are B2B reports. They contain information only about the supply side( Builder) and they are hugely funded by the add inventories. We don't have many companies conducting surveys regarding consumer sentiment Index. These type of survey are the true image of the market sentiments. I'm very happy that a real estate portal like Commonfloor.com who is having the maximum reach is conducting a consumer sentiment Index.
