Hello Dharmesh...the completion date will be by 2017. This project had 1bhk and 2bhk. The 1bhk is for 640 sq ft and the price is around Rs 36 lakhs. The 2bhk is for 962 sq ft for price 54 lakhs.

Hey Harsha...Can you tell me which all banks have approval and what is the price per sq ft ? Is there any discounts or negotiation available currently in this project ?

Banks such as HDFC, Axis, ICICI..have approval for home loans in this project. The price per sq ft will be around Rs 5,500. Currently they are not providing any discounts.
