I think many buyers have filed case against the developers. After the Greater Noida master plan 2021 was approved by NCR Planning board, buyers have been receiving cancellation letters from developers of upcoming projects. They also cut 10 perc of the booking amount.

Yes, buyers have to cancel their bookings after two to three years as builders keep on pending their work. Buyers are putting strike on work of ongoing and new projects of such builders.

Hey Gaurav, I heard in news that over one dozen builders have cancelled 5,000 flats without any reasons and not willing to allot flats in their new projects which was to be launched by the end of the year. Really strange ..as we are putting our hard earned money to get some good returns within years but do to cancellation they cut around 10 perc of amount and then refund..:(

Hey even I heard about the protest going on against the builders in Noida extension. As builders are not completing the projects at time. They take money from people and fail to give possession at correct date. Buyers have been receiving cancellation letters from developers of upcoming projects.
