Q: Hello every one, I have been looking to invest in Noida or in Gurgaon , What do you think is a better option ? As per my research Gurgaon Gwal pahari road projects is a good deal to look at . is that right ?

Dear Sir, Please let me know where to invest in budget of 35 Lakhs , which one is better option between Noida Extension and Yamuna Expressway. Where can I get more rent between Yamuna Expressway and Noida Extension. Currently I am working in IT Sector.

Hi Gautam, I think both Yamuna Expressway and Noida Extension have similar growth potential. You need to identify right product and location in both these areas to identify best investment deal you can get.

Hi, are you talking about ASF INSIGNIA IT SEZ project???? this is located in Gwal pahari road. The project is named as Isle-De-Royal, an integrated 50 acre residential project locted in Aravalli Hills.
The project is good as well as the brand... Moreover it is an SEZ so i feel a good project over all......

Hi, firstly i would like to say that both the areas are developing, Noida has now many segments, like Greater Noida, Noida Extension and all... Gurgaon has new Gurgaon.. So you need to choose between all these areas.. among all these areasm i would like to tell u that, Noida extension is a good area for investment purpose and Gurgaon is good for end users...
