Investment In SEZ

Q: Hi , Asf infra has 600 0r 700 sq feet less price than their competitors on the same road is it because it is SEZ project or there is something wrong ?

Hi, is it possible that , if i am not an employee of the companies,, like IBM, Ericssons.. to opt for this flats?? I am talking about the Gwal pahari road project...

Hi, I believe, that, we can get flats from the prior owners, who have booked the flat and want to resale!! or else some broker might help us..

Hi, when we talk about SEZ projects, few pointers to keep in mind : SEZ projects gives you good returns, although you need to verify the area and locational . Bcz the location matter for future returns. According to experts the project will give good future returns :)

I agree with Kartik and want to add few more factors that , you should keep in mind, investment in SEZ projects is very useful but add-ons like l jobs opportunities and social infra should be checked properly... if those things are proper.. investment will be fruit full then......

Hey people, there are chances that the price might get revised , so do not wory about that.. and if it is low...good for us :P

See if the price is less, there are can be aspects like some approval issues, or the demand is less. But in this project, the approvals are all done and the authority has also approve the project... all reason can be this that it is a SEZ project.....
