Yes this project is providing some discounts..like around 5perc to 10 perc. I think it is a good offer :). This project is approved by NDA. It was launched 3 years back.

This project is located in Sector 16c, greater noida. Just 5km from the project there is Noida City Centre Metro Station. Yamuna Bank metro station will be just 6 kms from the project.

Hello Gurmeet, this project offers 2bhk, 3bhk and 4bhk. If you are looking for 2bhk it will cost around Rs 40 lakhs. The size would be around 890-1250 sq ft for 2bhk, 1385-1600 sq ft for 3bhk, and 1995 sq ft for 4bhk. Which one are you planning to buy ?
