Q: Hi, i have heard the people are selling their units due to lack of amenities??

Yes, the news is true that buyers are selling of their units just because the building has less amenities than the new projects thats coming up. They are taking up same location but new projects. This behaviour is among almost many buyers .........across Mumbai

True few days ago also, people were opting for projects which are nearby to railway station, bus stand or local market but today, customers have more evolved tastes for modern amenities and developers are also competing for achieving parity.
