Hi, I think that locations like the Bandra-Kurla Complex, Andheri, Malad and Goregaon in the western suburbs are good for commercial and office spaces!
Guys i feel one more factor that the rising commercial activities have also pushed up demand for residential units in this locality due to increased demand from those working in the locality.
Looking at the social and infra development, i feel that investment in commercial and residential units in Andheri will continue to fetch good returns in the near future.

I totaly agree to the fact that, Andheri east have witnessed increased launches and sales during the last few years due to lower capital values compared to Andheri west. To go with the history Andheri west was primarily a residential destination which has now witnessed a number of high-end projects over the last few years.
Andheri east is slowly transforming into commercial area and high-end residential projects hub.There are many industrial land parcels have given way to residential . The entire development is taking place in Marol-Jogeshwari-Vikhroli link road and Chandivali belt.
Andheri east developed as an industrial area in the 1980s and later grew into a commercial office destination due to its proximity to the international airport. This has became a key thats attracting the investors.
