True small roads has developed so fast , now even it is convenient to move to and fro to all parts of the city via a strong railway network and the support of complementary modes of transport. The best part is that it is also in close proximity with the domestic airport and host to the international airport.

I can name , few developers like Rustomjee Developers, Kanakia Spaces, Sheth Developers, Hubtown and Nahar Amrit Shakti who have launched the projects and few are in pre launch!

I totaly agree to the fact that, Andheri east have witnessed increased launches and sales during the last few years due to lower capital values compared to Andheri west. To go with the history Andheri west was primarily a residential destination which has now witnessed a number of high-end projects over the last few years.

Andheri east is slowly transforming into commercial area and high-end residential projects hub.There are many industrial land parcels have given way to residential . The entire development is taking place in Marol-Jogeshwari-Vikhroli link road and Chandivali belt.
