Q: Is it a good time now to buy a plot of land for staying or shall I wait some more as the word in the market is that property prices will deep post Telengana bifurcation.

Guys ...note ..Hyderabad will be the joint capital of the two states for 10 years. There will be special category status to the residuary state of Andhra Pradesh for five years. Heard that the central government's proposals for the residuary state will include a six-point development package for Andhra Pradesh such as tax incentives and other concessions.

Hello Dev, There are two main growth corridors in Hyderabad as far as I know, ie..

*The area surrounding Outer Ring Road (ORR) about 20 to 25km between Kokapet, Gachibowli zone comprising Tellapur, Nallagandla and Adibatla. It has connectivity to the IT hubs and the International Airport.

*Miyapur-Bachupally area for its upcoming Metro Terminal and the Intercity Bus Terminal. Many education institutions are present in and around this area.

Hello I can suggest you best locality where you can buy plot specially for investment purpose to gain high returns. Moinabad which is just 18 min drive from Narsingi and surrounded by 12 engineering collegess. It also has 6 international schools and many other developments.

Hey Dev I think you should do investment now as the price is increasing day by day. Mokilla is also good locality, which is just 22 mins drive from gachibowli and near by indian business school.
