Hmmm to join and share some information, on the same topic i would like to add that the regulator will also look at the tariff policy, which is basically the level of tolls being charged to users.

Hey Boddy, i get that, but i heard that there were some disputes in the regulator bill? What was the issues and is it solved now?
Daniel

Hmm Daniel there were no issues as such yes there were few meetings include issues such as dispute resolution policy, premium rescheduling, exit options and default in spending money on operations and maintenance of highways that have already been awarded to developers. The problems were what to put in the the road regulator and what not to put in the road regulator.

Hey Baldeep, yes the news just came in, that Minister of Road Transport and Highways decided to place the road regulator before the next Budget session. According to the reports, if we calculate the maximum number of infrastructural development in the country that takes place, the road sector has topped the list.
