Latest Answer: Well i am not quite sure but its in the range of Rs 9000-10 000 per sq ft. they have configurations of 3 and 4 BHKS of approx 2350sqft and 3000sqft size.

Latest Answer: An investor always think about two factors… the area he or she is opting for should be developing and they should choose good projects. Sector 93 is almost developed, so there are risk for great appreciation. but good projects are there .. So for sector 93 I personally feel time will play the role. If the demand of the sector increases, the price is bound to increase.
