The reason is very clear , due to thehighways, investors and urbanization. A single highway cross one farmland and the price of the place becomes double due to the connectivity ! A small commercial complex comes in with a radius of 10 km ... the village opposite to that will experience a hike of price! This is how the highways, investors are deciding upon the price of the farmers land!
