How is the amenities offered in this project ? Is there any near by educational institutions ?

@Satyajit : Amenities such as air-conditioned community hall,multi-gym, indoor games room, toddlers’ pool,intercom system, landscaped garden, children’s play area, stand-by generator for common areas and services, fire-fighting equipment, solid water waste management system, water filtration plant and 24-hour water supply system.

Hi Satyajit, as far as I know the complex in close proximity to many educational institutions such as ABC Euro School, Delhi Public School, hospitals such as Charnock Hospital and Tata Medical Centre as well as entertainment centres like City Centre, DLF Galleria Mall, Axis Mall.

Hi Satyajit, Even I heard Kolkata headquartered Space Group, which has developed residential, commercial and multiple-use projects in Kolkata, Bhubaneswar and Chennai. Also it is now developing a residential complex of 180 apartments spread across 180 cottah land at Rajarhat New Town in Kolkata.

@Satyajit : The project named Clubtown Gateway will have seven blocks of ground-plus-five towers, housing 2bhk of size ranging 1,036-1,206 sq ft, 3bhk of size ranging 1,366-1,835 sq ft and 4 BHK residential apartments in sizes ranging between and 1,957-2,170 sq ft.

Hey also with a basic price of Rs 5,211 per sq ft, the apartments is priced between Rs 46.27 lakh and Rs 1.27 crore. The expected possession date will be by end of 2015.
