If you ask me then I will tell you to go with Golden Pearl. It is a viila project and it is almost near to the Infosys Campus. The project is approved by BMRDA and all the leading banks. The price of the villas starts from 88 lakhs excluding registrations.
Yes it is a good idea to invest in a property on Sarjapur area near to proposed site for Infosys. As Wipro and many other IT companies or industries might come up in this area. There is a chance of price appreciation in the future as demand grows up. It will definitely gear up the property sale as well in Sarjapur Road.
I think brokers has given you wrong information because I have been to this area to check you some project and I have seen that the plot is kept as it is and nothing is happening. From 2011 only the plots are lying like that only
Long ago, may be one year back I heard that Infosys had signed a Rs 2,950-crore MoU to set up a software development centre on Sarjapur Road, Wipro had signed a Rs 537-crore MoU to set up a software export hub at in Sarjapur.
Some of the local brokers told me that the work for both Infosys and Wipro has already started and the project will get over within may be 3 years from now.
