Well, it have 2 and 3 bhk residential options but all sizes are not available. The rates of 2BHK units have been revised to 3450/sqft. Date of possession will be 42 months from the allotment.

See according to the sales executive the project is approved by all the leading banks.. like ICICI, Axis and HDFC. You can take home loan from them.

hmmm actually this is a new launch project and the expected date of possession is in Dec 2017 . Let the construction start, we will get a better idea about it!

Hi Lohit they are quoting Rs. 3250 per s qft and they are offering 2-3 bhks.Gaursons is a real estate developer to reckon with in Delhi NCR.!Are you looking for investment or end use?
